Aisling describes life as a graduate in Integrity360 from her experience
"I joined Integrity360 in January 2015 after graduating from a business course in Dublin Institute of Technology. I had previous experience in the marketing department of another IT Security company so I thought I knew exactly what to expect. After my first week I soon realised this was not the case. Integrity was not the kind of IT Company I was used to. It has such a dynamic, lively and fun working environment. I was thrown straight into my role and was able to take on responsibilities and projects from the get go with any help I needed from my marketing team. This approach allowed me to learn quickly and build my confidence within the company.
Almost immediately after my induction I was assigned a buddy, the task of the buddy is to introduce you to everyone, involve you and make sure you feel integrated within the Integrity community straight away. With over a hundred people in the company the thought of trying to learn all the name’s was a bit daunting but you get to know everyone in no time, and that even includes our staff in the UK.
Having only been in the company for little over a year now I’ve already been given the opportunity to avail of a fully paid postgraduate course related to my role and have gotten a promotion to marketing executive. Integrity360 are all about career development and this is just an example of how they always encourage me to expand my skillset and help me along my career path."
