Gary describes life as a graduate in Integrity360 from his experience
I joined the integrity360 team last September after I graduated from Athlone IT, finishing off an honours degree in Computer Networks & Cloud Infrastructure. I had no real experience working in the IT sector so I was not sure what to expect. From the moment I joined everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
On my first day I was assigned buddy. This person was in charge of training me in to the role. I found this very beneficial. As the weeks went on I learned quite a lot and had a lot of questions. Everyone in the SOC was approachable and helped me with any questions I had.
What I like most about working for integrity360 is the encouragement I receive to develop my skill set with lots of opportunities to pick up certs along the way.
