Where are you from? 

Made in USSR and took the best features of that great country.

How long have you been in Ireland? 

In 6 month it will be a year. Why did you move here? I moved because I realised that my knowledges, professional and personal ambitions are much bigger than can fit my native city. I’m sure here I can do big things. 

What work do you do?

I’m a new age wizard that turns technical skills into company reputation and money.

What do you like most about your job?

Tasks that demand high level of technical skills and intellectual efforts. 

How would you describe your working environment/the culture at Integrity360?

Creative team of highly motivated professionals. 

What’s your favourite thing about working at Integrity360?

I highly appreciate flat model, where everybody has an opportunity to take a word and share opinion. 

Was it difficult to adjust to living and working in Ireland?

The most difficult part in living in Ireland was to find out that beer and whiskey can be so damn delicious! It was a joke. To be honest Ireland is easy going country... so do I. No problems just enjoying new experience. 

How does your working life help to make you feel at home here?

I find out that most people at Integrity360 are open-minded so it is easy to get along. By that time I’m not just feel at home here, I am at home. 

What’s the one thing you have learned from your time living in Ireland?

As a Russian guy, I was quite surprised to know that 0 degree can be so damn freezing cold! I get used that cold is 25 under zero, but no...SURPRISE! Irish 0 is much colder! 

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned from working at Integrity360?

I’ve learned that person can really be judged by the level of professional skills and knowledge's and not for amount of years that this person is working for the company. That is great! It motivates me to keep going and do my best.
